Trisequens is supplied in a calendar dial pack of 28 tablets; 12 blue tablets, 10 white tablets and 6 red tablets. Cartons containing 3 calendar packs are available. The blue tablets each contain 2 milligrams of Estradiol (as hemihydrate) and 1 milligram of Estriol. These ingredients are both oestrogens.
