Do Disney water parks have life vests?
You’ll be very happy to hEAR that both Disney Water Parks provide guests with life jackets absolutely free-of-charge. However, supplies are limited and only available on a first-come, first-served basis. The complementary life jackets come in the following infant, child, and youth sizes.
Do Disney pools have life jackets?
Did you know that all the Walt Disney World resort pools have life vests available to borrow, free of charge? Yep! Vests are available on a first-come, first-served basis, but there are rarely problems finding one available. Just go over to the poolside rack and borrow what you need, returning it when you are done.
Can you bring life jackets to Blizzard Beach?
Life Jackets at Blizzard Beach Guest are allowed to bring their own Coast Guard approved life jackets, however, for safety reasons the use of a personal life jacket is at Disney’s discretion so they may ask you to switch over to one of their vests.
Do you need to bring your own towels to Disney water parks?
Towels are available to rent at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park. However, you are welcome to bring your own towels either from your resort room or from home. Many families pack towels for their Disney water park days.
Does Disneyland Hotel have life jackets?
My family and I just love spending time at the pool areas at all three Disneyland Resort Hotels. Each one is uniquely themed and provides hours of fun in the Southern California sun! Yes, there are life jackets available at all three resort hotel pools, and they may be used on the water slides.
Do Disney resorts have Puddle Jumpers?
Yes. As long as they are US Coast Guard / UL approved flotation devices. They are also complimentary and available upon request at the resort pools and water parks.
Are Disney water parks heated?
All of the pools throughout the Walt Disney World Resort are heated year-round and this does include Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach! Grab your swimsuit and sunscreen and enjoy the warm water. Have a magical day!
Can you wear water shoes in Disney water parks?
You can wear water shoes in the park and in the water at both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. The only thing you should be aware of is that the shoes (and your swimsuit) should have no exposed metal parts such as protruding zippers or rivets. Metal is not allowed on the slides to protect their surface.
What can you not bring into Disney?
Prohibited Items
- Firearms, ammunition, knives and weapons of any kind.
- Self-defense or restraining devices (e.g., pepper spray, mace)
- Marijuana (including marijuana enriched products) or any illegal substance.
- Objects or toys that appear to be firearms or weapons.
Can you bring guests to Disney pools?
Unfortunately, the pools may only be used by registered hotel Guests. You are welcome, though, to invite your friend to hang out in your room, explore the beautiful grounds, or enjoy a meal with you at one of the dining locations at your resort hotel.
Are baby floats allowed in Disney pools?
There are complimentary life vests of various sizes provided at each Walt Disney World Resort hotel pool and at Disney’s Water Parks. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own flotation device, such as the float you mentioned, to use with your little one in your resort’s pool.
