Can you try IPSY for free?
IPSY does not currently offer a free trial of its monthly Glam Bags filled with sample-sized beauty products.
How do you get free stuff on IPSY?
You can earn Points for participating in activities centered on your membership, and use them to redeem free products from IPSY. To get started, log into your IPSY account and go to the Points tab. You can see how many Points you’ve earned when they’ll expire, and pick out products to redeem.
Can I cancel IPSY after free bag?
Your IPSY membership will automatically renew, but you can cancel any time with no hidden fees.
Is getting IPSY worth it?
IPSY Glam Bag is a good value for $12 and one of the cheapest beauty boxes among the competitors. IPSY Glam Bag Plus includes more full-size products for a great price of $25, but there is usually a waiting list. If you are willing to wait a bit, then going for it may be the best option. The decision is all yours.
How long does it take to get your first IPSY bag?
Your bag will arrive approximately two weeks after we successfully bill your credit card, which reflects the time we need to curate the personalized products in your Glam Bag, pack everything up in a stylish and cute makeup bag, and then mail it to you via standard ground shipping.
Why can’t I cancel my IPSY subscription?
Some users report having problems with canceling Ipsy due to the company’s billing period. The customers state that the website wouldn’t let them cancel. The only way to contact the company directly is through Twitter direct messaging. The other option of customer support is a help center with no direct communication.
Does IPSY refund?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for IPSY beauty memberships, but we’re always happy to replace anything missing or damaged. Please note that our replacement policy is good for up to 45 days after the shipment date. If something needs to be replaced, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help!
