Instructions

  1. Measure the length of your window and add a foot to that.
  2. Figure out the width that you want the cornice to be.
  3. Make the corners of your cornice by carefully cutting in 6 inches on each side.
  4. Wrap a thin batting around the foam board frame.
  5. Next, wrap the fabric around the batting.
  6. Hanging!
