- Measure the length of your window and add a foot to that.
- Figure out the width that you want the cornice to be.
- Make the corners of your cornice by carefully cutting in 6 inches on each side.
- Wrap a thin batting around the foam board frame.
- Next, wrap the fabric around the batting.
